Shipping.
We ship UPS ground for most orders. If your location (based on this map) is 3 days or less, ground shipment will work for you. More than 3 days will require more dry ice, and hence, less meat. In the winter months, 4-5 day states should be ok as well. In the summer months you should upgrade your shipping to air shipment if you are in a 4-5 day state. Shipping options are at the customer's discretion, and ruined shipments due to inappropriate transit times will be the customer's liability. I will email recommendations with your quote.
Dry ice is $1.50/lb, and will be added to your order. Shipping boxes vary in price, depending on the size of the order. This will be in your quote.

When will we ship?
All shipments will be sent out MONDAY's. Make sure you are paid up by Sunday night, or you will have to wait until the NEXT Monday.
Problems in transit.
Most shipments are flawless. However, once the product is out of our hands at the UPS station, it becomes your property. UPS guarentees each box up to $100. If your box is lost in transit or damaged, YOU will need to file a claim with UPS, and get reimbursed. I will send you a tracking number via email as soon as I recieve one. We have not had any problems to date with shipping issues.
Ordering.
We do all orders on an individual basis because shipping charges, dry ice needed and pounds ordered will vary from order to order. Please use the "Products" page to determine what you would like to order, then go to the "Contact Me" page. I will get back to you within 24 hours that I recieved your request for a quote. Asking for a quote is NO OBLIGATION to buy. I will email you a quote as soon as possible, probably within 24 hours also. If the quote is agreeable to you, email me back- just a simple "ok" or "sounds good" . I will then send you an Paypal invoice. All funds MUST clear before I ship on Monday's- (please take this into consideration if you try to do Paypal out of a checking account- credit cards are faster!)
